How to make
Beat the egg whites with the sugar to fluffy cream using a mixer.
Add the mixed together and effervescent yoghurt and baking soda, oil, cocoa, sifted flour, stir with a spatula. Pour the mixture into a buttered and lightly floured cake form.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven. After it's baked, let it sit for 10 min. in the form, then take the cake out and invert into a suitable plate.
After it's fully cooled, smear it with the glaze which you've beaten into cream using a mixer. Prepare the caramel to the desired color and while still warm, pour it over the cake on top.
