How to make
The apples are washed well, their skins are not peeled, and only their core with the seeds is cut out with the help of a sharp knife.
The prepared apples are arranged in a cake tin and covered with baking paper.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Put a little of the flavored sugar and dried fruit into each apple.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture turns white.
Add the vanilla, sifted flour and baking powder in portions.
After stirring, add the sour cream.
Spread the mixture over the sides of the apples.
The apple cake is baked in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for about 45 minutes.
Sprinkle the suffed apple cake with cinnamon sugar and serve.
