How to make
Combine the dry ingredients and mix well. Sieve them.
In a separate bowl, mix the butter with the sugar. Stir well. I use a mixer.
Add the honey and egg to the mixture and continue to mix. Add the dry ingredients, sifted in small quantities, to the resulting mixture.
Leave the resulting soft and sticky dough for about 2 hours in the refrigerator, then shape the cookies with molds of your choice, or even into small balls if you don't have molds available.
When you roll out the dough, be careful. It breaks easily and falls apart, don't roll it out too thin. Bake the aromatic cookies in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 6-7 minutes. Keep an eye on them.
