How to make
Grate the apples on a coarse grater and mix them with the cinnamon, brown sugar, lemon juice, two caps of rum and finely chopped dates.
Beat the soft butter with the powdered sugar into a creamy mixture. While beating at all times, add the eggs one by one, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Sift the flour into the mixture along with the baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix. Finally, add the apples along with everything else into the muffin mixture and homogenize the mixture.
Distribute it into muffin tins (12 pcs.) with paper muffin cups placed in them, but do not fill them to the top, so that there is room for the apple muffins to rise.
Bake the apple and cinnamon muffins in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for about 25 minutes, until a golden color is obtained.
Enjoy!
