  • oatmeal - 1 tbsp.
  • orange - 1 pc.
  • grapefruit - 1 pc.
  • pear - 1 pc.
  • honey
  • ginger - by taste

How to make

Wash the fruit very well. Peel the citrus fruit and remove their skin.

Clean the pear from its seeds.

Pour the fruit into a blender, add the oatmeal and blend everything until you have a smooth mixture.

Add as much honey and ginger as you desire.
