  • pears - 1 pc.
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • oranges - 1 pc.
  • blueberries - 4 - 5 (dried black and red)
  • ginger - 1 piece (dried)
  • dates - 1 pc.
  • prunes - 1 pc. (dried)
  • poppy seeds - 1 tsp.
  • hemp protein powder - 1 tsp.
  • water - 1/2 a cup

How to make

Prepare all the fruits and cut the larger ones into smaller pieces.
