"Smoothie for any time of the day - refreshing and very healthy"

Ingredients

  • pomegranate - 0.9 lb (400 g) of grains (from approximately 2 fruit)
  • oranges - 1 pc. (170 g)
  • persimmon - 1 pc. well ripened (170 g)
  • lemon juice - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • agave syrup - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • ice - 9 oz (250 g)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)

How to make

Peel the orange, by completely removing the white part on its peel and seeds, if there are any. Cut it into pieces.

Peel and slice the persimmon and remove its core.

Place the pomegranate seeds and the cleaned and chopped pieces of the other fruit in a blender. Pour the water, ice, agave syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Blend at maximum speed for 2 minutes or depending on the power of your appliance it may take longer. The end result should be an almost perfectly smooth liquid with a consistency of a puree. You can dilute it with more water if you like or sweeten it further with more agave syrup.

Distribute the smoothie into 6 cups and serve them with a straw!
