How to make
Put the milk in a wide container.
Clean, peel and grate the quince. Add it to the milk so that the polyphenol browning does not start quickly.
Then cut the well cleaned persimmons and pear into small pieces.
Add the buffalo milk, mixed with your desired amount of honey, to them.
Mix and stir all the products. Blend until a creamy mixture is obtained.
If it seems too thick with this ratio of products, add more milk to the smoothie.
