How to make
Peel and chop the potatoes. Peel the quinces and cut them into slices. Chop the onions finely and braise them in the heated oil.
Sprinkle with the paprika and add the chopped quinces, potatoes, sugar and the tomato paste that's been diluted in a little water.
Sprinkle the stew with salt and black pepper and pour on a cup of water. Let it simmer on low heat for 35 min.
