Blend all the products without the blueberries in a blender, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Put blueberries on the bottom of cups, fill them with pumpkin cream halfway, add more blueberries and top up with the remaining cream.
Decorate the pumpkin mousse with persimmon and pieces of walnuts and serve the healthy mousses.
