Ingredients

  • oranges - 4 pcs.
  • apples - 1 big apple
  • lemons - 1/2 pc.
  • honey - 2 tbsp (35 g) (or by taste)
  • ice - 7 oz (200 g) crushed
  • water - about 1 cup (250 ml)

How to make

For this fruit smoothie, peel the oranges perfectly with a knife, so that there are no white parts on them. Make sure that the skins between the citrus pieces are not very hard (this depends on the variety) and check for seeds.

Peel and slice a nice big apple and add the pieces along with the juice of half a lemon and honey.

Put everything in a blender and add the finely crushed ice.

Blend for 1 minute, add the water and turn on the appliance at maximum speed for another 1 minute. The goal is for the fruit to be finely blended into a fine nectar.

If the capacity of your appliance is smaller and does not fit all of the products, reduce your quantities or prepare the orange and apple smoothie in two portions.
