- bananas - 1 pc.
- blueberries - 1.7 oz (50 g)
- honey - 1 tbsp. (optional)
- chia seeds - about 1 - 2 tsp.
- milk - 1/2 cup
- strawberries - 5 to 10 pcs. (medium)

Place everything in the blender and blend.
If you wish, you can freeze your strawberries and/or blueberries. This way it will turn out more like an ice cream.
This is a very fragrant and delicious smoothie.
