First, prepare the nut milk by soaking the almonds in cold water for 12 hours to release the inhibitors they contain.
Rinse and mix the almonds with filtered water. Strain the pulp through a strainer.
The blueberries are cleaned and washed. Remove the stone and the peel from the avocado.
Put them in a blender jug along with the rest of the mentioned ingredients.
