How to make
We wash the cherry plums well and cover them with water. Place them on the stove and cook until they crack.
Add the sugar to them and stir until it melts. Remove them from heat and leave them to cool.
We can mash the cherry plums with our hands and strain the mixture, or we can remove the fruit and only use the syrup.
For the second option, a clear syrup is obtained, which we store in the refrigerator.
