The sour cherry plums are placed in a wire basket and dipped 2-3 times in boiling water.
After that, they are taken out and arranged on trays, to dry in the sun or they are dried in a low heated oven and when they are ready, they are kept in a dry place.
If necessary, one or two spoons are taken from them and they are boiled well and strained.
The water is poured into bottles that are kept in a cold place, so that homemade vinegar does not ferment.
