How to make
I prepare this recipe for the warm summer days. It is an easy and healthy tea. Instead of a soft drink or other store bought drink, I make this and put it in the fridge.
In a large pot we put the herbs, which are linden, black elderberry and lemongrass, wash them and add cold water to the top - about 4 liters.
Then put it on the stove, boil for about half an hour and leave it with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
Then strain and wait for it to cool down, after it cools down add honey and stir until the honey melts. Put it in the refrigerator. The tea lasts about two days. You can serve it with ice and lemon.
