The grits is washed well and then soak in cold water for about 5-6 hours....

Add the mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the broth....

At the back of the snail there is a black stripe, which needs to be cut and it is discarded.
Clean all snails and rinse them again....

Chop the garlic and walnuts and add to the grits, stir well....

Pour the grits in boiling salted water. Boil it.
Once it is ready, filter and rinse with water....

Bake the snails with quince and raspberry jam in a preheated oven at {220°C} for 30-40 minutes

The oven-baked snails with zucchini and rice are very tasty!...

With a sharp knife (I used a bread knife) I cut it into snails, which were 0.6″ (1.5 cm) thick and no more than 0.8″ (2 cm)....
