  • grits - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • margarine - 2 tbsp
  • broth - 1 l
  • parsley
  • nutmeg

How to make

Pour the grits in boiling salted water. Boil it.

Once it is ready, filter and rinse with water. The mushrooms are pre-cleaned, washed and steamed with margarine. Add hot broth.

Add grits to them, salting to taste and tampering with nutmeg. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

The dish can be had alone, but can also be a perfect garnish for meat.
