How to make

Place the minced meat for the meatballs in a deep bowl. The breadcrumbs are soaked in milk until soft.

They are squeezed and added to the minced meat. Add the finely chopped onion and the spices - cumin, nutmeg and black pepper.

The minced meat is kneaded and left for about two hours in the refrigerator. It is then formed into meatballs, which are rolled in flour and fried in hot oil.

In a deep frying pan, a finely chopped onion is stewed in a little fat. When the onion softens, the sliced mushrooms are added and shortly after, the garlic cloves.

Stir the vegetables several times, then add the curry paste, tomato puree and pureed tomatoes to the pan. Season the curry with salt and black pepper to taste.

It is left to simmer on low heat until it thickens. When it is ready, pour the cooking cream, stir and add the fried meatballs.

The meatballs with mushrooms in curry sauce are cooked for another five minutes, they are removed from the heat and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
