Ingredients

  • turkey fillet - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons
  • processed cheese - 6 pcs. (triangular with mushrooms)
  • dried rosemary - 2 pinches
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches

How to make

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pot on the stove and add the fillet. Fry it for 10 minutes, while stirring constantly.

Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and pour them into the pot. Stir and close the lid. Stew them for about 25 minutes and make sure to shake the pot occasionally.

Remove the lid and add the sour cream, milk, processed cheese, salt, rosemary and black pepper.

Cook the dish for another 5-6 minutes and make sure to stir it often. Turn off the stove, put the lid on and leave the dish for 2-3 minutes.

Then the turkey fillet with mushrooms and white sauce is ready to be served.
