Ingredients

  • white carp fillet - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • cooking cream - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • onion - 2 tbsp. (shallot, finely chopped)
  • parsley - 2 tbsp. (chopped)

How to make

Season the white carp fillet with salt and white pepper. Cut it into portions and place it in a baking tray.

In a bowl (which can be used in the microwave), mix the butter, cream, garlic (finely sliced ​​in advance), mustard, lemon juice. Season with salt and white pepper.

Mix well and microwave about 2 times for 30 seconds, until the butter melts and stir after the first 30 seconds.

Sprinkle the fish fillets with the finely chopped shallots. Pour the sauce over the fillets.

Arrange lemon slices on top. Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C).

For the last few minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
