"Souvlaki turkey fillet with bread for a wonderful dinner"

Ingredients

  • turkey fillet - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • dock - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • spring onions - 2 bunches
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • spearmint - 2 fresh sprigs
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) for the marinade + 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) for frying
  • seasoning for souvlaki - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The turkey fillet is washed very well. It is cut into medium-sized pieces and put in a bowl.

Add souvlaki seasoning and 50 ml of oil. Mix very well. Leave it for 60 minutes in the refrigerator.

After it is taken out of the refrigerator, it is put into a wok pan. Add 100 ml of oil and fry for 10 minutes.

The spring onions are cleaned and washed very well. They are finely chopped. They are added to the meat.

Fry for another 10 minutes, then pour into the baking pan. The dock is cleaned and washed. Cut it into large strips.

It is stewed in a pan after the meat is stewed, then poured into the baking pan.

The parsley and spearmint are cleaned and washed. They are finely chopped. Add to the meat and mix very well.

Add paprika, salt and 2 cups of hot water. Mix very well.
