Ingredients

  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cabbages - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • carrots - 1/2

  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • black pepper

How to make

Put the mince in a bowl. Add the spices and finely chopped onion. Chop the cabbage finely, grate the carrot. Saute them in a little oil until softened.

Leave them to cool and add them to the mince. Knead well and form small, flat meatballs.

Roll them in flour and fry in a little oil. In the same pan, fry the onion, garlic and diced tomatoes.

Let the sauce boil until it's left mostly in just oil. Add salt, the spices and sugar. Arrange the meatballs in an oven dish and pour the sauce over them.

Put in the oven at 390°F (200 °C) for 20 min.
