How to make
The chopped onion is fried with the oil for 4-5 minutes, the tomato puree is added (I use Turkish, very thick).
Add warm water, season it and let it boil on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add the meatballs. Boil for another 5 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley.
I garnished with fresh basil.
The minced meat is kneaded and flavored with the listed spices, finely chopped onion and parsley are added and 2-3 cloves of garlic can be added if desired.
About 1.4 oz (40 g) meatballs are formed and fried in heated fat.
Serve a portion of meatballs in sauce and eat them with toasted slices of bread.
