How to make
Soak the selected amount saffron in 2 tbsp. of warm almond milk.
Wait 10 minutes for the saffron to relax.
Peel and cut the banana and peaches into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped fruit. Add the rest of the almond milk, honey and saffron mixture to them.
You can adjust the amount of honey and saffron according to your personal preference.
Add the desired amount of ice and blend with the blender, until a smooth consistency is obtained for the energy smoothie.
Pour it into a glass and enjoy your homemade honey and saffron smoothie.
