How to make
Peel and clean the fruits (avocado, banana and green apple).
Cut them into pieces and put them in the jug of a blender along with the sweetener, cocoa, walnuts and milk.
Blend on high speed for 60 seconds.
If it is thick, pour more milk. You can replace it with plant-based milk - soy, almond, walnut or other.
Serve immediately the delicious smoothie and enjoy the wonderful taste and the rich palette of vitamins and minerals.
