How to make
First prepare the sour-sweet sauce.
Place the vinegar and sugar in a saucepan at a low temperature. Once the sugar is dissolved add the salt and ketchup. Keep stirring.
Dilute the corn starch in a little cold water and add to the sauce.
When the sauce starts to thicken set aside and start preparing the chicken.
Cut the chicken breast into medium sized bites.
Roll each bite in flour and then dip it in egg wash.
Roll again in flour and dip in egg wash.
Deep fry the chicken bites until they are golden brown and crispy.
Add the sauce to the chicken and stir.
Let it rest for 10-15 minutes
