How to make
Add the rice to salted water with a little olive oil and boil it.
When it is almost ready, add the mushrooms and leave them for 2-3 minutes to boil together.
In another bowl, fry the sliced chicken fillet in preheated olive oil.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and chili (optional).
When the fried chicken aquires a golden color, add the sweet and sour sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
The chicken in sweet and sour sauce is ready.
