How to make
Carefully tear the cauliflower into pieces. Steam it for 4-5 minutes and remove it from the pot.
In a pot, put 1 tbsp. of olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce and worcestershire sauce.
Stir well and leave it to boil. Mix the flour in 1/2 cup of cold water and add it while stirring.
Remove the sauce from the heat when you like the thickness. When serving, put the cauliflower pieces on the plate, lightly season with salt, sprinkle with black pepper and 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
Pour it generously with the sauce on top. If desired, decorate the cauliflower in sweet and sour sauce with greens.
