"The perfect protein bars for a quick snack, which you can have anytime you want."

Ingredients

  • oats - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cashew - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vanilla protein - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • nut butter - 2.3 oz (65 g) of choice
  • coconut oil - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • honey - 1.2 oz (35 g)
  • white chocolate - for decoration
  • chocolate drops - for decoration

How to make

Blend the oats and half of the cashews, until a flour is obtained and cut the remaining cashew into small pieces.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Spread the mixture in a tray onto baking paper, decorate with the chocolate drops and leave the mixture in the freezer, until it hardens.

Then cut it into bars and decorate with the chocolate.
