Ingredients

  • sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp. raw peeled
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • protein - 2 tbsp. powder
  • turmeric - 1 pinch
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.
  • coconut shavings - 1 tbsp.
  • agave syrup - 1 tsp.
  • water - 2 tbsp. hot

How to make

Pour the sunflower seeds into a bowl and cover them with the hot water. Let them soak for 1 hour.

Then we transfer them into a blender and add all the other products. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Form small bars from this mixture and arrange them on a plate. Store them in the refrigerator.
