"Charge yourself up with energy, good mood, so eat the extra raw protein bars"
- sunflower seeds - 2 tbsp. raw peeled
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- cocoa - 1 tbsp.
- protein - 2 tbsp. powder
- turmeric - 1 pinch
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp.
- coconut shavings - 1 tbsp.
- agave syrup - 1 tsp.
- water - 2 tbsp. hot
measuresHow to make
Pour the sunflower seeds into a bowl and cover them with the hot water. Let them soak for 1 hour.
Then we transfer them into a blender and add all the other products. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form small bars from this mixture and arrange them on a plate. Store them in the refrigerator.
