In a bowl, mix the oats, the seeds, as well as all the products without the chocolate drops.
A rather thick and very sticky dough is obtained.
Put it on baking paper and cover it on top with paper, it should be bigger than the dough.
Press the mixture through the paper and shape it into a rectangle. You can use a rolling pin. Remove the top of the paper and sprinkle the chocolate drops on top.
Place the paper and press the drops to stick to the mixture.
Place it with the paper in the refrigerator compartment for ten minutes.
Take it out and cut it with a sharp knife.
The resulting protein bars are very fresh and tasty. They are perfect for breakfast.
Store the tasty bars in the fridge.
