  • avocados - 2
  • eggs - 2
  • cottage cheese - 2 tbsp.
  • stevia - 1/2 tsp.
  • bananas - 2
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Peel and clean the avocado and 1 banana. Pour them into a bowl.

Add the eggs, stevia, vanilla and cottage cheese. Mash until a smooth mixture is obtained. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the mixture.

Mix and pour it into a tray covered with baking paper. Smooth it out and cut the other banana into pieces on top.

Bake the bars at 390°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes. Leave them to cool for 5-6 hours and cut them into rectangles.
