How to make
The rice cakes are broken and put in a nutribullet to break it down very fine, almost like flour.
Add the protein powder, the carob pekmez and mix well.
Add the milk little by little and mix with a spoon. At first, crumbs should be obtained. Now comes the time to be careful with the addition of milk. You should get a sticky but not mushy dough!
Weigh the entire amount of mixture and divide it (using a kitchen scale) into 10 pieces. balls. Each ball is placed in a silicone mold (with separate sockets, or if you don't have one, you can use single ones) and spread it out on the bottom.
Take the dark chocolate, break it and put it in a bag. Tie the bag and put it in a cup of hot water for a minute or two to melt it. Cut off one end of the bag with scissors and distribute the liquefied chocolate in all the molds.
Place them in the freezer for about an hour to harden.
Remove the bars from the silicone molds and enjoy!
Store them in a box for several days in the refrigerator.
