How to make
The bananas are mashed with a fork. Add oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins and walnuts.
Combine the peanut butter and honey in a saucepan on the stove. Let them melt well and add them to the mixture.
Add the milk and mix well.
A tray is covered with baking paper and it should also be on its walls. The mixture is transferred into the baking pan and baked at about 360°F (180°C) for half an hour.
When done, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool for at least 5 minutes in the baking pan before removing it with the paper so it doesn't fall apart.
Once removed from the baking pan, the protein bars are left to cool for another 10 minutes before being cut.
The protein bars are ready.
