How to make
Place the oats, peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl.
Everything is mixed well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. If you have a blender, you can blend.
Pour the mixture into a cake pan or other suitable container lined with baking paper. It is pressed nicely and evenly into the vessel.
For the frosting, melt the chocolate along with the coconut oil and maple syrup in a microwave or water bath, stirring until smooth.
Then pour it like a glaze. Sprinkle with oats for decoration.
We put the healthy bars in the fridge for a few hours.
We cut the Healthy Chocolate and Oat Bars when serving into rectangles or squares.
