  • pumpkin seeds - 1.7 oz (50 g) raw
  • almonds - 1.7 oz (50 g) or Brazilian nuts (maybe both)
  • pine nuts - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • honey - 1/2 cup
  • almond oil - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • oatmeal - 1 and 1/2 cups

How to make

Put the nuts, seeds and raisins in a large bowl and mix very well. Add the honey, almond oil, oil and oatmeal.

Mix everything very well and pour it into a baking pan, that should be greased and covered with baking paper.

Bake at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20-25 minutes. Then take it out and let it cool very well.
