"The perfect afternoon snack - Healthy Oats Bars"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • plums - 3.5 oz (100 g) dried, pitted
  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g) 74%, or more
  • oats - 4.2 oz (120 g)

How to make

Beat the eggs, add the finely chopped plums and chocolate, stir and toss in the oats. Stir again for the oats to soak in the egg mix)

Cover a small tray with parchment paper and spread the mix evenly. It should be around 1 cm thick.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 20 minutes, until it obtains a golden brown crust.

Set aside, allow to cool and cut into bars.

Preserve in an air tide container in the fridge.

These Healthy Oat Bars are definately worth every bite!
