Ingredients

  • oats - 2 cups
  • bananas - 2
  • honey - 4 tbsp.
  • cocoa butter - 1 tbsp.
  • coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
  • nuts - of choice (I added raisins, dried apricots, prunes, cranberry)

How to make

Mash the two bananas. Add honey, cocoa and coconut oil to them and mix well.

Add the oats and the remaining nuts of your choice (can be raisins, different dried fruits, different seeds like sunflower or pumpkin seeds) and mix.

The mixture is poured into a tray lined with baking paper.

Spread out the mixture well and put it in a preheated oven to bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until it acquires a golden color.

Take it out and let it cool a bit, then cut it into bars and they're ready to eat!

The healthy coconut oil bars are very tasty.
