How to make
Put the milk, sugar and butter in a non-stick pot and boil over low heat for about 10-15 minutes, by stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
It is then removed and allowed to cool. The coconut and vanilla are added to it. Mix well, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Cling film is placed in a suitable mold and the mixture is poured and it is stored in the refrigerator to harden. Then cut it into pieces or strips of your choice and roll them in melted chocolate in a water bath and a little oil.
Put them back in the fridge, so that the chocolate can firm up and it is best to leave them overnight in the refrigerator, in order to set well.
Very tasty and juicy bars are obtained.
