How to make

In a bowl, mix the whole wheat spelt flour with the oat bran, poppy seeds and flaxseed, crushed in a mortar or grinded.

Add the salt, vinegar, oil, baking powder and water and knead a smooth dough, by sprinkling white flour to finish off kneading.

Grab a sheet of baking paper and roll out the dough into a round, thin crust on it, by making sure the circle is in the best shape possible.

Grease your rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking to it.

With a knife or pizza cutter, cut it into large triangles and each triangle into 4 smaller ones (see pictures).

Place them in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) and bake, until the edges turn browned. The more toasted they are, the tastier and crunchier the crackers will be!

The whole grain crackers with sesame seeds and flaxseed are ready.
