How to make
The fastest and easiest whole grain crackers in 5 steps:
Knead a soft dough from whole grain flour, oats, baking soda, savory herb and water. Knead along with the sunflower oil, so that it acquires an even nicer color and elasticity and so that it doesn't become dry.
Spread evenly with a small rolling pin in a baking pan (greased with sunflower oil), so that a thin layer of about 5 mm is obtained (it can be a little thicker, although they will puff up slightly during baking).
Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds and press them with the palm of your hand or with the small rolling pin, so that the seeds stick very nicely.
Cut the savory crackers into small rectangles (about 4 cm by 2 cm). It is most convenient to cut with a serrated knife in large transverse lines, which we can repeat to make sure that they are not too stuck together.
Bake the crackers at 390°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
And we're done! In order for them to stay soft, you can keep them warm in a box with a closed lid and if you want them crispy, you can leave them to cool and then put them away.
Great for on the go and in between meals.
Wonderfully delicious!
