How to make
Grind the raw almonds in a blender. After them grind the dates. Do not use candied, use dried.
Add the grinded nuts into a bowl and flavor with 2 tbsp. of orange liqueur or rum, whiskey, brandy.
Mix everything, until a smooth mass, which is slightly sticky is obtained. Take a little of the mixture (about 15 g) and shape it into a ball, by putting one roasted hazelnut in the middle.
Prepare 3 plates in advance, in which you have put cocoa, coarsely ground hazelnuts and coarsely ground pistachios. Of course, you can replace the nuts with others according to your taste.
Roll the truffles in the prepared nuts and arrange them in small paper cups.
