Ingredients

  • bananas - 2 medium - sized pcs.
  • oatmeal - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • raisins - 1 tbsp.
  • dates - 2 pcs.
  • walnuts - 1 - 2 tbsp. (coarsely ground)

How to make

The peeled bananas are mashed with a fork.

Add fine oatmeal, coarsely ground raw walnuts, finely chopped dates and raisins.

Mix, until a dough is obtained.

Using your hands, shape 8-10 medium-sized oatmeal cookies.

Arrange them onto baking paper.

Bake them in a preheated oven 360°F (180°C). In about 15 minutes, they are ready.

These oatmeal date cookies are a great start to the day, but they're also perfect for an afternoon snack or picnic.
