How to make
I beat the eggs with the sugar with the mixer for 10 minutes, then added the essence and the oil.
I mixed the ground walnuts, chopped dates, flour and baking powder in a bowl and added them in portions, by stirring carefully with a spatula.
I poured the finished mixture into silicone muffin molds and baked at 320°F (160°C) until done.
If they are made in other molds, they must be greased and sprinkled with flour before pouring the mixture, because it will be very difficult to remove the delicious muffins.
After they are baked, they are left to cool well and then they are carefully removed. If desired, sprinkle the walnut muffins with powdered sugar.
Very sweet and pleasant muffins with walnuts and dates are obtained.
