"Promise to eat the muffins before they cool down"

Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (+ until you get a thick cake batter)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 2 cups
  • oil - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • pumpkin - 3.5 oz (100 g) boiled
  • walnuts - 1 cup (chopped)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Crack the egg and beat it with the sugar. Add the yogurt, oil and cinnamon. Beat the mixture.

Add the baking powder to the sifted flour and mix everything well.

Distribute the finished mixture into suitable molds.

Add with walnuts and pumpkin pieces on top of each one. Bake them in a preheated oven.

Leave the baked muffins to cool and remove them from the molds.

Sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

The pumpkin and walnut muffins are ready.
