How to make
Sprinkle every 2 phyllo pastry sheets with pumpkin, walnuts and 2 tablespoons of oil. Wrap into a roll and arrange in a greased baking dish.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pie with a little water and wrap it with a towel.
If desired, sprinkle it with powdered sugar before serving.
