How to make
Beat the eggs together with the sugar. When the mixture turns white, pour the flour with the baking powder and oil. Mix very well.
Melt the butter in a baking pan. Grate the cleaned quinces and spread them on the bottom along with the crushed walnuts. Pour the sponge cake batter on top.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Bake the sponge cake for about 20 minutes.
Turn the resulting sponge cake onto paper and spread it with cream.
Using a cloth, roll up the sweet roll.
Sprinkle it with powdered sugar, slice it and serve it.
The walnut and quince roll is ready.
