How to make
Oven - 340°F (170°C); Flat tray covered with baking paper; You will work entirely with a mixer.
The products are mixed in a bowl and the flour is added in portions, until a nice elastic dough is obtained.
I used exactly 7 oz (200 g) of flour. Wrap it in foil and leave it at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes. The dough is soft and therefore rolled out onto a floured surface - about 0.1″ (3 mm) thick.
Cut it with a square cutter or pizza knife. Arrange the forms in the baking tray on the paper. Pierce them with a fork, spread them with melted butter and sprinkle them with sea salt.
Bake at 340°F (170°C) for about 8-10 minutes or until they slightly darken.
The Crackers with Seeds are very tasty.
Note: These are the perfect crackers just for a glass of beer. They look more like pretzel sticks than butter-crumb biscuits.
They are quick and easy to make. They can be prepared with another type of flour. For convenience, you can use metal cookie cutters to cut them.
