How to make
The flax seeds are ground in a blender or coffee grinder along with half of the pumpkin seed.
Pour the flour, grinded nuts and all of theother products into a bowl. Mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture. If necessary, add water or flour to obtain a compact medium soft dough.
Place the dough onto a sheet of baking paper and cover it with another sheet. The top is rolled out with a rolling pin, spreading it out in a very thin and even layer.
The top sheet of paper is removed and with the help of a pizza cutter make slits without cutting to the bottom - cut square shapes.
Place them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 15 minutes. It is best to bake them well, because that way they are the most crunchy and tasty, but you must be careful not to burn them, as they are thin.
The baked crackers are left to cool and are then broken in the places where they are marked/cut. Very tasty, healthy and suitable for munching on them at any time of the day.
Note: If you wish, you may not add baking powder. It is present in the products for the recipe, but I have tried making them with and without it and the result is the same.
The wholemeal crackers with sesame, flax and pumpkin seeds are ready.
